50% payment due upon booking, 50% payment due 7 days prior to arrival if booking online. If booking directly via phone, full reservation amount will be processed.
All room rates are based on double occupancy. Rooms rented to parties of more than two guests will be charged $15 per person per stay, up to 4 guests total.

No refunds are given within one week of reservation arrival date
Smoking is strictly prohibited in our suites. Guests found smoking inside, or to have brought smoking paraphernalia inside will be charged an additional $500 cleaning fee.
Pets are strictly prohibited from being inside our suites. Guests found to have had pets, animals, etc inside the suites will be charged an additional $500 cleaning fee.
